This was the day after Christmas and we were preparing for a present like no other. We both got to spend some great time with our families the day before. Jason arrived late-morning and we hit up REI for some last minute items. I locked my apartment door and we were officially off for three weeks into the unknown. All flights were luckily on time and the departure went as smoothly as they could have.
